Terroir: Single vineyard called "El Sitgeti", located at 220m high with a strong maritime influence (Méditeranneen sea is at 6 km).
Age of the vines: 35 years old vines
Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested. Maceration of the whole bunches in tank during 20 days. Ageing for 1 month in amphora and then 4 months in stainless steel tank. Vintage 2017 has been bottled in April 2018.
