Terroir: Single vineyard called "LA Obaga Del Gojo", located at 235m high with a strong maritime influence (Méditeranneen sea is at 6 km).
Age of the vines: 35 years old vines
Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested. Maceration of the whole bunches in tank during 22 days. Ageing in amphora for 3 month and then in stainless steel tank for 3 months. Bottling in May 2018.
