Terroir: Limestone soil. Only one parcel called "El Mas", located 205m above sea level with strong sea influence (Méditerranean sea is 6 km far)
Age of the vine: 70 years old
Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested. Maceration of the whole bunches in tank for 12 days. Ageing for 1 month in amphora and then 4 months in stainless steel tank. Bottling in April 2018. Only 1050 bottles produced in 2017.
