Terroir: Single vineyard called "El Peret", located at 205m high with a strong maritime influence (Mediterannean sea is at 6 km).
Age of the vines: 25 years old vines
Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested. Maceration of the whole bunches in tank during 30 days. Ageing for 1 month in amphora and then 4 months in stainless steel tank. Bottling in April 2018.
