Terroir: Single vineyard called "La Caseta", located at 205m high with a strong maritime influence (Méditeranneen sea is at 6 km).
Age of the vines: 25 years old vines
Vinification: Grapes are hand-harvested. Alcoholic fermentation with temperature controlled at 12.5 degrees Celsius during approx. 25 days in stainless steel tank, and ageing in tank for 10 months. Second fermentation in the bottle. The wine stays on the lees 8 years before being disgorged.
